Key Responsibilities

As a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, your duties will include:

• Assisting physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterisation procedures
• Functioning as a scrub technician during cases, maintaining sterile technique and equipment readiness
• Operating cardiovascular imaging and monitoring equipment
• Evaluating and documenting patient responses to ensure safety and quality throughout procedures
• Applying new skills and concepts in invasive cardiology with sound clinical judgement
• Collaborating effectively with nurses, cardiologists, and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Details

Day Shift (Varied):

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor of Science preferred
• Graduate of a certificate or degree programme in health science
• Completion of a scrub technician training programme or hospital-based equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year’s scrub tech or cardiac tech experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• RCIS certification preferred
• Strong clinical judgement and commitment to continual professional development
