Description: Specialty: Interventional Rad Tech RadiologyFacility: MyMichigan Health – SaginawState License: MichiganCerts/Licenses: Years of Experience: Shift: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM 40 Hour GuaranteeGuaranteed Hours: 40Description: This position sets up all radiographic equipment prior to performing angiographic procedures, processes and performs quality control checks on cine radiographic images, assists in preparing patient for procedures and assists other members of the cath lab/Interventional Radiology staff and physicians as needed to ensure timely and efficient use of the cardiac cath lab/special procedures.Responsibilities(35%)*Assists in prepping patients, sterile tray set up, post-cath care and procedures, and room clean up.(35%)*Manipulates equipment and sets appropriate techniques on radiographic generators to achieve optimal image quality.(30%)*Operates a variety of electronic equipment including cardiac output computers, oxygen saturation equipment, hemodynamic equipment, pacemakers, etc., and performs oxygen saturation studies and cardiac output measurements.
