Team Lead there and working in the lab, supervisor Courtney and lead to sign time cards, – Shifts & Scheduling:7-3:30p M-F, Team scheduling, posted 17 days prior- Weeknight/Call Requirements:1-2 days per week 730-4 if on call- Weekend/Call Requirements:every third weekend on call- Holiday/Call Requirements:every other- What is call response time? 30 minutes – Floating Requirements: radiology pre/post requirements – Scrub Color/Dress Codeprovided- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?one week- classroom and lab- Additional NotesLead will be provided, bring your own lock for locker and hospital designated shoesRadius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract).
