Thursday 1830-600, Friday 1830-600, Sat 1830-600, Sun 1930-600, Monday 1930-600, Tuesday 1930-600 and Wednesday 1930-600Ideally the two hired travelers must be able to perform CT, X-ray (including OR), and MRI. CT and X-ray coverage are necessary to support our Level II trauma, MRI is needed on a limited basis for Heads and Spines to support our Neurosurgeons. CT and X-ray certifications are required, MRI certification is optional but requires at least 2 years of experience. There are no call expectations from these staff. Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.**Driver’s license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.** Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract Cancellation Policy:Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:False License to Submit:No Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes:Thursday 1830-600, Friday 1830-600, Sat 1830-600, Sun 1930-600, Monday 1930-600, Tuesday 1930-600 and Wednesday 1930-600 Required Certifications:BLS (AHA)
