If hcp declines, a mask must be worn at all times, with the exception of mealtimes. ORIENTATIONS: Tupelo – RN/LPN Every Wednesday ATTIRE: Scrub color provided in UD. GENERAL INFO: EMR: Epic – Fingerprinting process must begin within 48 hours of offer acceptance. – All RNs will be required to take and pass a pre assignment Basic and Advanced Dysrhythmia (rhythm Strip) test and RNs should be prepared, passing score is 80%. – NMMC needs complete availability and flexibility with scheduling. This is non-negotiable. – HCP is expected to maintain their contracted position at NMMC as the primary commitment above any other type of work. – 1st week does not have guaranteed hours. – ALL COMPLIANCE DOCS DUE 7 DAYS BEFORE START DATE Requisition Comments and Notes:Radiology X-ray Technologist: 1230p-11p M-Th and 1130a-11p FSS, 76hrs biweekly. weekend and holidays as required, no call required. Rad Tech/Diagnostic Imaging preforming X-ray and C-arm procedures. Must have surgery experience. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a large Trauma Level 2. Must have ARRT (R) on file at time of submission. Must have State of MS License on file. Prior travel experience is preferred not required. Scrubs: Teal Blue. Must have EPIC experience. Vents: ER and IP/OP with all the above. Must have experience with Experience with GE CT scanners.
