Minimum 2 years of experience required. Candidate will need to have an AAS in Radiation Therapy Technology or equivalent required. NYS License required. American Registry for Radiologic Technologists (Therapists) required. BLS required. BS preferred. MUST have EPIC experience. Work experience with Varian TrueBeam Linac and ARIA Record and Verification/EMR. *THE FACILITY CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT. THIS UNIT WILL NOT ACCEPT TRAVELERS FROM THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN NY: WARREN, WASHINGTON, FULTON, MONTGOMERY, RENSSELAER, SARATOGA, SCHENECTADY, COLUMBIA, GREENE, DUTCHESS, ULSTER, ALBANY.Requirements:At least two years recent experience in the field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment.Comments:Mon-Fri. NO CALL. NO WEEKENDS. NO HOLIDAYS.Notable-requirements: County restrictions! Facility physical required-Cost $96. Flu required. Med or religious doc needed 10 days before start.Unit details:**Facility has COUNTY RESTRICTIONS** The Caregiver cannot reside in the following counties: WARREN, WASHINGTON, FULTON, MONTGOMERY, RENSSELAER, SCHENECTADY, COLUMBIA, GREENE, DUTCHESS, ULSTER, ALBANY. CHARTING: EPIC. Candidates that have worked as staff at this facility in the past year will not be considered and candidates that have worked full-time as staff within the AMC network (AMC, GFH, Saratoga, and CMH) within the past six months will not be considered.Charting systems: ARIA Record & Verify EMR, EPIC. Equipment used: Varian TrueBeam, 21EX. Treat 45-50 patients per day, 2 Linacs, no pediatric patients.
