Schedule will be 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday Recent experience with Elekta or Mosaiq is required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Possesses core knowledge of required Radiation Therapist functions, including scheduling, simulation, patient set-up, and treatment. Demonstrates a functional knowledge of all major components of department equipment. Delivers external beam treatments in an accurate and timely fashion with a high degree of accuracy. Assesses and addresses patient’s needs while under treatment. Practices appropriate Radiation Safety procedures. Accurate and timely completion of patient charts according to established standards and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of standard and advanced treatment calculations and treatment plans. Designs and fabricates blocks accurately and efficiently. Performs Simulation with a high degree of accuracy in a timely fashion with little or no supervision. Utilizes appropriate scripting, barriers, and patient identifiers as required per position.
