Description: Specialty: MRI TechFacility: OSF Saint Francis Medical CenterState License: ILCerts/Licenses: Years of Experience: 2 year(s)Shift: 12H Nights 12hr – Mon Tues ThursGuaranteed Hours: 36 hours per weekDescription: Unit Notes:OSF ITEMS OF NOTE:- Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (-$25 to regular and OT bill rates)- OSF Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift- Non-billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION:- Last four (4) digits of clinician’s SSN- Clinician’s middle initial- Requested time off- Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated- Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panelsDepartment: Radiology | MRI Tech- General Certification Requirements: BLS- Certs/ARRT & other specialty certification requirements: RTR MR- Will they have to float/cover any other areas?: Outpatients, In-patients, and ED patients.- Experience or ‘Must have’ skills: Knowledge of operating GE MRI scanners 1.5T (450W) and 3T (750W). MRI safety guidelines, starting IV’s, and the standard acquisition sequences for MRI scanning. – EMR &/or PACS they use: Epic- Department Specific Equipment: GE- Do they use RRA’s (Registered Radiology Assistants)?: Yes, MRI Tech assistant – 1 per 8 hour shift.- Do they have to start IV’s?: Yes- Shifts & Scheduling: 8 hours – start times 1st shift 6am – 2:30pm, second shift 2pm – 10:30pm, or 3rd shift 10pm -0630am.- Weekend Requirements: 1 weekend a month.- Holiday Requirements: Possible- Call or Standby requirement?: No- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Are scrubs provided?: We do not provide scrubs. Standard solid colored scrubs.
