Very general exams, not much for specialty exams as we are a rural hospital. Job duties would include doing both general xray, including pain exams with the C-arm, and CT. Also sending studies to the radiologist to be read and doing all included paperwork.- Experience or ‘Must have’ skills: Must have both xray and CT experience- Years Experience required: we are flexible on years of experience- Previous Travel experience required?: Previous travel experience is preferred but not required.- Average # of scans/studies per day: an average of around 20 exams per day during the weekday- EMR and/or PACS used? (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware): McKesson PACS and MediTech- Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens): Toshiba CT scanner, Siemens mobile and general xray, GE C-arm- Is there a Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech on each shift?: No- Do they use RRAs (Registered Radiology Assistants)?: No- Radiologist in-house?: No- Do they have to start IVs? (if applicable to the department): Yes- Shift Details: 4 days per week, 7:30am-5pm and rotating call on nights and weekends- Do you allow self-scheduling?: No- Do you allow Block scheduling?: No- Weekend Requirements: yes, rotating on call shifts- Holiday Requirements: yes, on call- Call or Standby requirement?: Yes, rotating nights, weekends and holidays- Call Response time?: 30 mins- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Are scrubs provided?: Scrubs, no required color.
