Description: Specialty: CT TechFacility: Gundersen Boscobel Area HospitalState License: WICerts/Licenses: Years of Experience: Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PMGuaranteed Hours: Description: **PERM JOB – NOT TRAVEL CONTRACT** (1) CT/Rad Tech – 10 hr shift – Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital – Boscobel, WI – Permanent Need – Start Date: ASAP- Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 30- Shift Requirements: 10hr Variable Day Shifts (0700-1730 or 0800-1830) – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday- Location: Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital- Float Requirements: None- On Call/Call Back Requirements: Call as needed up to 2 days per week, 20 minute response time- Weekend/Holiday Requirements: On call every other weekend, every other holiday- Required Certifications: ARRT (CT), WI License & AHA BLS- Minimum Experience: **1yr of CT and 1yr of Rad Tech experience*****1 year of Radiology/CT experience required***- Charting Experience: Epic preferred- COVID Vaccine required (exemptions will be considered)- Desired Specific Skillset: Good customer service, knowledgeable in techniques- Unit Overview: Critical Access Hospital – 25 beds, Level IV Trauma for ER / General Radiology and CT examsGSA is not guaranteed orientation week. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.Billing : Monday – Sunday **candidate must start medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hrs for a quick start REQUIRED EDUCATION:Associate Degree or Certificate HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS:Holiday rotation SHIFT NOTES:10 hr days (Wed-Fri) – Perm Placement
