While we have one internal transfer scheduled to start in March, their training and orientation period will extend through June. We also have an offer out to a new graduate for a June start date, followed by an additional 3 4 months of onboarding. Until these new hires are fully trained and independent, we require temporary support to maintain overnight coverage in CFT CT. These scanners provide essential imaging services for all Emergency Department and inpatient needs across the Bramhall campus. Leaving these hours unstaffed would directly impact Emergency Department turnaround times and contribute to increased inpatient length of stay.
