MUST have AZ license MRTBE CRT- Cases: 10-25 cases per day.- EMR: Cerner and Xper- Charge Nurse: Yes- Nurse Aides: Rad techs – Circulating and Scrub, BLS, Certified. Must have 2 yrs Cath Lab experience. Cover Endo and CVOR.- Weekend Requirement: Call – 8-12 days per month- Holidays: Work into rotation.- Scrub Color: Provided- Tele :Phillips- Vents: NA- IV Team: No- RT 24/7: Yes- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes- Shifts: per job posting- Call: Call – 8-12 days per month- Floor specific orientation: 2 days on job.- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP – cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement.- Additional Notes: 30 minute response time. Use Phillips and Siemens equipment.
