Performs active radiographic interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab using a variety of complicated and sophisticated equipment. Operates equipment to produce digital images of designated body portions, as ordered by physicians. Positions and instructs patients for examinations and performs specialized studies.;Day shift with varied start time depending upon case load. Could be 0700 or 0800. Would depend on first case start time in the morning. ;We are looking for someone with interventional cardiac procedure experience including scrubbing interventional cases. Must have CA RHB license including fluoro permit. ;Education and Work Experience:Associate?s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: PreferredBachelor?s Degree in radiologic technology or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor?s): PreferredExperience in Cath Lab or Special Procedures: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification: PreferredRadiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification: Required
