In this role, you will be responsible for leading safeguarding enquiries, promoting dignity and autonomy, and working collaboratively to achieve person-centred outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead safeguarding enquiries: Conduct Section 42 enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014, assessing risk and developing proportionate protection plans.

Apply Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP) principles: Ensure individuals are fully involved in decisions affecting their safety and well-being.

Work collaboratively across services: Liaise with health, police, housing, and voluntary agencies to coordinate effective safeguarding interventions.

Maintain high standards of practice: Ensure compliance with legal frameworks, council policies, and professional standards through accurate recording and reflective supervision.
