Undertake statutory duties under key legislation such as the Children Act 1989, ensuring timely, thorough, and child-centred assessments and safeguarding interventions.

Manage a balanced caseload involving early help, child protection, and care planning, working collaboratively with children, families, and multi-agency partners.

Apply strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches to build trusting relationships and support positive, sustainable outcomes for children and young people.

Contribute actively to team development, reflective practice, and professional learning, supported by regular supervision and access to development opportunities.
