About the Role

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust has an urgent requirement for an experienced Band 7 Physiotherapist to join the team at Wexham Park Hospital. The post holder will work across rehabilitation and general medical wards, supporting patients with respiratory and mobility needs. This role requires an immediate start.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions within rehab and general medicine settings.
• Assess, treat and monitor patients with respiratory conditions and reduced mobility.
• Develop goal-oriented rehabilitation plans to support recovery and safe discharge.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with HCPC and Trust standards.
• Respond effectively to the fast-paced demands of an acute hospital environment.

Requirements

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
• Physiotherapy degree (or equivalent).
• Strong experience in respiratory, mobility and general medical ward-based physiotherapy.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of an MDT.
• Excellent communication, clinical reasoning and organisational skills.

Working Hours

• 37.5 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00.
