Work within the Intensive Rehab & Therapy Service

Support assessment, treatment, and discharge planning of patients in the community rehab team

Apply outcome measures and clinical reasoning to guide treatment plans

Manage own caseload with confidence

Experience in NHS and post-qualification physiotherapy preferred, ideally within community and rehab settings
-
Car driver essential
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30
