Assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy interventions for adult patients across inpatient, acute, and community settings.

Develop and implement individualized care plans to optimize mobility and functional outcomes.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Support patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life through evidence-based physiotherapy.

Educate patients, families, and carers on exercise, mobility, and self-management strategies.
