They cover 3 counties. – General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.): BLS – Other Certs Required for all PT: Licensed in the state of WY- Want traveler to have license before applying. – Common diagnosis / Types of patients: CHF, COPD, total hips, knees, shoulders, strokes, dementia – Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient?: n/a – What areas are they required to cover?: home based therapy- Experience or ‘Must have’ skills & common job duties: Hand therapy- preferred, Geriatric care. Will have to supervise PTA. – PT Manager/Supervisor: yes- Rehab Aides: PTA’s: PTA- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): Shifts vary- Self scheduling- you get a patient load and set up times with the patients as to when to see them. Flexible with hours. Weekend Requirements:None (can flex time. Ex If you want a holiday Monday off- can work Tues through Sat)- Holiday Requirements: None – Scrub Color/Dress Code: Ceil blue with CRMC logo. Scrubs unlimited in Cheyenne. Required and not provided. – Department specific orientation: 3 days out in the field with a preceptor. Will work with differnet PTs and PTAs while on orientation to meet everyone. – Additional Notes: List of housing availability available through manager. One place accomodates 40ft camper. If traveling camper- water is shut off in September. Software is Epic / Remote client.
