Please refer to the definitions and rates below when submitting candidates. \r\nGA Bill Rates and Details: \r\nLevel 1 PTs – 0-3 years of relevant outpatient experience\r\nLevel 2 PTs – greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience\r\nLocal is 50 miles or less from address of candidate to clinic. \r\nTravelers are 50 miles more than from address of candidate to clinic.\r\nPT Level 1 Local -$60\r\nPT Level 2 Local -$63\r\nPT Level 1 Travel -$70\r\nPT Level 2 Travel – $73\r\n\r\nWill accept PTA: No\r\nOutpatient Experience is preferred. \r\nWill accept First Time Travelers? YES\r\nWill accept New Grads? YES\r\nPatient Population: general ortho\r\nFloat to other clinics: YES\r\n36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. \r\nOT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. \r\nProductivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
