Types of procedures required. Inpatient and outpatient general rural practice physical therapy. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. General therapy equipmentRequired skills and minimum years of experience.General physical therapy skillsSpecific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)BLS. MN PTA licensure. IA PTA licensure would be a bonus.Floating to over units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)Could float to Adrian Clinic and Rock Rapids clinic if necessary but our plan is primarily at the Luverne location. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.25 bed critical access hospital. Also outpatient department. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. Orientation to department specific equipment. Other orientation as needed based on skills and comfort level. PT staff available for assistance and questions. Additional Comments:Well-established, very experienced PT department with 7 full-time PT staff and one additional PTA. Occupational therapy, speech therapy and cardiac rehab also part of this department.
