Min amount ofexperience for consideration: 2 years in pediatricswould be great so that they feel comfortable supervising the PTA # of othertherapists on staff at this location: 1 PTA and 1PT that is admin and only actively treats as necessary. 3 OT and 1 COTA,1 SLP and 2 SLPA. Not on sight (schools or telehealth): 2 SLP, 1 OT, 1COTA EMR/documentationsystem: Raintree currently. Will be switchingto Practice Pro but not until 2026 Caseload/patientscheduling info: 30 to 60 minute sessions. Scheduling team takes care of all scheduling needs. Productivityexpectations: 90 minutes of clinicdocumentation/treatment planning per day and the rest productivity withevaluations and treatments Proposed weeklyschedule: Monday through Thursday 9 to 6 and Friday8 to 5 COVID vaxrequired?: NoBehavior Characteristics:
