Under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will assist in delivering evidence-based treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and enhance quality of life. This role is perfect for a professional who values teamwork, patient-centered care, and community connection.Key Responsibilities:Carry out treatment plans designed by the supervising Physical Therapist.Assist patients with exercises, therapeutic activities, and functional mobility training.Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the supervising PT.Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment.Collaborate with other therapy and wellness staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.Our ROOTED Values in Action: Resilient Care, Open Care, Outcome-Focused Care, Tailored Care, Educated Care, Distinctive Care.
