Position is Monday – Friday, no weekends. Guaranteed hours are 36 hours per week. To clarify guaranteed hours, Gottsche will meet guaranteed hours as long as the traveler works the stated guaranteed hours. If patient care/census doesn’t fulfill the guaranteed hours, the traveler can perform other duties within the clinic such as patient calls, notes, marketing, etc. If the traveler leaves early and does not work the entire guaranteed hours or is in clinic and not working, the guaranteed hours will not be guaranteed or paid. If the traveler wants to take off early on a Friday (if patient load allows) or wants additional days off, guaranteed hours will not be guaranteed. Also, holidays that fall during the week that Gottsche observes, such as Thanksgiving and the day after and Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, Gottsche is not open or close early those days so therefore we will not be able to guarantee hours as we are not open.***If floating between locations: Vehicle will be provided. Must have a valid driver’s license. Days would start upon arrival at the location they are scheduled on that day.
