Description: Specialty: PTFacility: Faith HealthState License: NECerts/Licenses: Years of Experience: 1 year(s)Shift: 8H Days 730-8 a start varied for 8 hours shiftsGuaranteed Hours: 40 hours per weekDescription: Unit Notes:Radius Rule: 45 milesDepartment: PT (Outpatient)- # of patients treated per day: 10-12 scheduled 1:1 cares- General Certification Requirements: BLS- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Clinic is on campus but attached to hospital (3 years old)- Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient: Inpatient, Outpatient, acute rehab unit, etc. – Experience or ‘Must have’ skills & common job duties: Prefer Epic experience, 1 year of experience in specialty.Outpatient need previous travel.- PT Manager: Outpatient Manager- to oversee- Sherry- Rehab Aides PTA’s: Yes, but to assist with throughput and turnover, being second set of hands when needed- Shifts & Scheduling: 730-8 a start varied for 8 hours shifts- Weekend Requirements: 2 weekends; Saturday full day (comp day during the week and Sunday only ortho or strokes) in 13 weeks- Holiday Requirements: None, can volunteer.- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Outpatient is business causal, khakis polo- Department specific orientation: Want successful outcomes, always someone around as a resource, therapies are very collaborative. Outpatient- shadow 1 day, then day 2 start covering patients etc.-Additional Questions: Love a good teammate collaborative, not afraid to talk to others and team mindset, and looking for someone who meshes.
