There is a small ICU, Medical Floor, Surgical Floor and 10 bed IRF. The therapist provide call to all units, IL license required workday 8-430 and 930-6 on ortho das to get evals complete. Weekend rotation with days off during the week for working the weekend. Special Procedures/Unit Details : Do not redirect or decline therapy travelers unless submitted to wrong discipline. Please screen for any missing skills or experience. Special Equipment : – #Tier1 Travel Compliance Candidates who live within 70 miles from facility are considered locals. Locals are not accepted. Subcontractor Agency Travelers will need to complete an OSHA Respirator Clearance – $22 agency cost. Clearance is required to be completed prior to start FIT Testing: Travelers MUST shave for a mask to seal for Fit Testing. CAPRs and PAPRs are not provided and SSM will not allow travelers to use their own PAPRs or CAPRs at their facilities; there are no exceptions.
