Physical Therapist (PT)

Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting permanent opportunity for a Physical Therapist (PT) in Artesia, New Mexico. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $47.32 to $54.80 per hour, based on experience, working four 10-hour day shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence

• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques for patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes

• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care

• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

• Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment for patients

Requirements of the Physical Therapist:

• Education: Graduate of accredited Master’s or Doctorate-level program in Physical Therapy

• Work Experience: Greater than one year of experience preferred, but new graduates welcomed to apply

• License/Certification: Must be eligible for current licensure with the New Mexico State Physical Therapy Board. BLS required before employment begins.
