Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab staff to ensure holistic care

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely

• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercises, and recovery strategies

• Contribute to discharge planning and interdisciplinary care meetings

Qualifications:

• Active Washington PT license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills

• Prior experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehab settings preferred
