Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and overall function

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions tailored to each patient’s needs

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to ensure coordinated care

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and recovery goals

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards

• Promote patient safety, engagement, and independence throughout the rehabilitation process

Requirements of the Physical Therapist:

• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist (PT) license

• Current BLS certification

• 0-6 months relevant experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)

• Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal, and patient-care skills
