Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

• Evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment plans that restore function, mobility, and quality of life

• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions and monitor patient progress

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated care

• Educate patients and families on home exercises, safety, and continued rehabilitation

• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately and promptly in the EMR system

• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, HIPAA, and professional standards

Requirements of the Physical Therapist:

• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist (PT) license

• Current BLS certification

• 0-6 months of relevant experience.

• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills
