Physical Therapist (PT)

Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a supportive rehab team in Montesano, Washington. This full-time, permanent position offers consistent day shifts, competitive pay, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in patients’ mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments or movement challenges

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Monitor/document patient progress and adjust care as needed

• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on rehabilitation strategies

• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Active Washington PT license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Prior rehab or clinical experience preferred
