Key Responsibilities
As an Physical Therapist you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ conditions and create personalized treatment plans
• Implement various physical therapy techniques, exercises, and activities to improve patients’ strength, flexibility, and mobility
• Utilize specialized equipment and assistive devices as needed
• Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and strategies for continued improvement outside of therapy sessions
• Document accurately and maintain detailed records of patients’ progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and innovations in physical therapy techniques and treatments
• Follow all legal and ethical guidelines related to patient care and privacy

Schedule Details:

Day Shift:

8-hour shift

Full-time, permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin
• Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a clinical/school setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess patients’ needs and develop effective treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and maintain relationships with students, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
