Physical Therapist (PT)

Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a supportive rehab team in Pleasant Hill, California. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical therapy needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function

• Monitor/document patient progress

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers

• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Active California PT license (or ability to obtain)

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Prior rehab or clinical experience preferred
