Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical therapy needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Deliver therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning

Requirements

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills

• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
