Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders
- Evaluate patient mobility, function, and needs to develop effective treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions focused on restoring strength, balance, and range of motion
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, progress, and at-home exercises
- Document all evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards
- Travel as needed to assigned per diem locations
Requirements for a Physical Therapist:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
- BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient care skills
