Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and state standards

• Educate patients and families on therapy plans, progress, and home exercises

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to overall care planning

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Prior experience in a clinical or rehab setting preferred
