Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders
• Evaluate patient mobility, function, and needs to develop effective treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions focused on restoring strength, balance, and range of motion
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, progress, and at-home exercises
• Document all evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards
• Travel as needed to assigned per diem locations

Requirements for a Physical Therapist:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Maine
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
• BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient care skills
