Your Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning

Requirements:

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

• Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills

• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
