Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services based on physician orders

• Assess patient mobility and develop customized treatment plans

• Implement therapeutic interventions to restore strength, balance, and range of motion

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home exercises

• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress

• Travel as needed to assigned per diem locations

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapist license

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical or rehab experience

• BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)

• Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
