Your Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

• Implement therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to deliver quality care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and progress

• Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements:

• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Excellent communication, evaluation, and treatment planning skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
