Responsibilities

Assist in implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans

Provide direct patient care under PT supervision
-
Track and document patient progress
-
Educate patients and families on exercises and rehabilitation techniques

Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team
Requirements

Active Virginia PTA license (or ability to obtain)

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Previous clinical or rehab experience preferred
