Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT

Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training

Monitor and document patient progress

Educate patients and caregivers on at-home therapy techniques

Collaborate with the rehab team for comprehensive care
Requirements

Active Virginia PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Prior rehab or clinical experience preferred
