Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering effective treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and modalities

• Track and document patient progress under PT supervision

• Educate patients and families on therapy programs

• Collaborate with the rehab team to achieve patient goals

Requirements

• Active Kansas PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Previous clinical or rehab experience preferred
