Key Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapy to help patients improve mobility, strength, and functional independence

• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams for optimal outcomes

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
