Physical Therapist Assistant – Home Health

Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health therapy services in Great Bend, Kansas. This part-time position offers flexibility with 1 shift per week (6–8 hours), competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to make a real impact in patients’ lives from the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy services as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist

• Assist with individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises

• Monitor and document patient progress and response to care

• Educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility and exercises

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary home health team

Requirements

• Active Kansas PTA license (or ability to obtain)

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Reliable transportation for home visits

• Previous home health experience preferred, but not required

• Strong clinical and communication skills
