Key Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to achieve patient goals
• Educate patients and families on treatment progress and home exercises
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and facility guidelines
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Kansas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient education skills
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or acute rehab settings is a plus
