Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients to determine functional levels and develop individualized care plans

• Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions and monitor patient progress

• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety

• Document treatments, goals, and outcomes accurately in EMR systems

• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other therapists for coordinated care

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Connecticut

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• BLS certification required

• Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred (new grads considered)

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
