Job Overview:
Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Band 7 or 8a Pharmacist to join a busy hospital service. The role is ward-based, covering both medical and surgical wards, and provides an excellent opportunity for experienced pharmacists to contribute to high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical pharmacy services across medical and surgical wards.

Ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based medication management.

Collaborate closely with the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to optimize patient care.

Support ward staff and patients with advice on medication use, interactions, and monitoring.

Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives
