PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Hospital: Methodist Texsan Hospital Location: San Antonio Unit: Physical Therapy (762) Classification: OT or PT Shift Detail: 8A-5P Building/Floor/Suite information of unit: General Information Shift Details- Please correct information below if needed: Quantity: Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift/Workdays: 8A-5P Weekend 2 Weekend shifts a month Call Requirements: To be discussed during interview Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs. Special Skills/Experience required: 2 Years + Other Helpful or Misc. Information: ***All travelers are required to float, while on the interview please inform traveler of the Methodist Floating Policy*** Unit Specifics – Information below is requested for better sourcing: Start time is no later than 8:00 a.m. Must work two weekend shifts a month will have day off during the week Documentation system: Meditech Floating policy: As needed Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) Must have In-Patient Rehab and/or hospital experience Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) 2-3 Years of experience in Rehab and/or acute hospital. Bilingual (English & Spanish) NDT or brain injury certifications Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (PHYSICAL THERAPIST) Active PT License no Temp License allowed Procedures performed on unit: In-patient Rehab Occupational Therapy neuro and ortho patient evaluations & treatments Acute (Ortho, Tele and ICU) evaluations & treatments Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color o PT/OT: Sage green/olive scrub top, black scrub pant, sage green scrub jacket. White or black undershirts only Nail Policy Clean and Healthy Hair – hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed Tattoos Body art should be covered whenever possible.
