Call back minimum is 2 hoursRequired Certifications: WI State OT license, BLS. NPI # required. If the candidate does not have one, they need to start the process of applying for a NPI # in order to start. Required Education: Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy. Minimum 2 years Experience preferred: Inpatient hospital experience required.Required Skillset: working with the adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis. Charting Experience Preferred: EPICTravel experience strongly preferredRequired Skillset: Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates. Dress Code: Scrubs any color not providedContract is eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hoursTravelers can be put on call for low census hours. The on-call hours that travelers are placed on will count toward the 36 low census unbillable hours. If the traveler is called back to the facility, they will be able to receive call back pay.During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times. This is an Aspirus policy, and compliance is mandatory (No exceptions). Failure to follow the policy may result in corrective action.
